CRISIS LINE 800-643-1102

It is the belief of the Border Region MHMR Child, Adolescent and Parent Services (CAPS) that all children and adolescents are individuals whose ability to learn, grow, and become independent can be maximized by identifying their strengths.

The CAPS program identifies Individuals’ needs and links them to resources within the community.  The goal of the services is to ensure that the individuals obtain their optimal level of functioning, to foster personal growth, and to maintain family preservation.

The CAPS Program recognizes the individual’s right to make decisions about their treatment and express their individuality.

All clients of Border Region MHMR Community Center are afforded all the rights, benefits, responsibilities and privileges guaranteed by the United States Constitution and the laws of the State of Texas, unless those rights have been restricted by specific provisions of the law.
